Interaction with help desk was great.. no water (cold or hot) available at check in & help provided quickly, although we had solved the problem by finding water main & turning on & flipping circuit breaker for hot water. Help arrived shortly after we had solved.

We've stayed at Forest View a couple of times now both in the fall and winter months. Great quiet location but close to both the cross country area, lakes and downhill at Sugar Bowl. Great amenities, clean albeit with some clutter, a well appointed kitchen, very comfy beds, good wifi ( I know we don't go to the mountains to watch TV but just to be picky the older Apple TV means some streaming doesn't work correctly and spent a bit of time doing IT ) Guest services respond immediately and are very communicative ( but a bit more local knowledge would be appreciated; was told at first that a broken snow shovel could not be replaced, during our stay in the winter, but the local team replaced immediately after a quick discussion )
