The views are incredible and the house is very clean and modernized. There are three levels and each one has a deck that over looks the water. The top level is just the entry and a large deck. The second floor has the kitchen, living area, mud room, laundry, and a half bathroom. The third floor has two bedrooms each with a bathroom attached to it. While it does only sleep 4, you could easily host 10-12 people for a dinner or other gathering comfortably.
The cell reception was a little weak in the area so using data was difficult, but the WiFi was very good so it was not much of an issue. We were able to stream Netflix and Prime without issue. The only reason we found this out was that a wind storm caused a black out in the house. The house remained comfortable, but we were without WiFi and hot water for about 15 hours. We just went into town and explored there and came back after the day was done and the power came back on while we were asleep.
Ultimately we would recommend the location to anyone. The location is beautiful, the house felt luxurious and comfortable, and we adore the surrounding area.

So nice to have plenty of space to spread out. Kids had the whole downstairs to play, watch tv, and each had separate beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful view.
