This location had everything we needed. Mainly a dog friendly home with enough beds for 7 adults. Beds are ok. It’s a good 10-15 minutes from downtown Moab which is inconvenient but also makes for a quiet stay. We wouldn’t stay here again unless we had our dog but for that alone it was great. Cost was very reasonable.

Patio backs up to a golf course wetland in a dark sky area. Wonderful star gazing listening to bullfrogs and ducks in the dessert! Conveniently located for Moab, Canyonlands and Arches.

The location is perfect, away from the noise but close enough for shopping, dining and accessing the parks. I was very impressed with how clean and updated the house was . We did not lack for anything. The staff was very responsive and helped answer questions promptly when they arose. I would stay there again.
