Recent Summer Beach Resort - Amelia Island vacation rental reviews

We were a bit concerned based on some reviews--we shouldn't have been. The unit was comfortable, good sized, had a nice patio space, and is in a great location. It does have some older furniture and some would consider the decor a bit dated. The master bedroom king bed and the queen bed mattresses were comfortable and in good shape. We didn't use the twin beds, so I can't comment on them. It had good WiFi and happily enough actual cable service which made it easy to watch the sports we wanted to see. That isn't always the case nowadays! It could use a fresh coat of paint, and an icemaker in the refrigerator would be nice. All in all, not a big deal for a beach trip but would probably improve the unit. We would definitely consider staying here again!
