This is clearly a dedicated rental place as it's a bit dated and stuff is a bit loose (loose doorknobs, loose towel hangers, a broken track for a sliding door for the laundry, shower knobs in one of the baths were a little wonky), but it's priced accordingly. Moreover, it's clean, everything works, it's got everything you'd likely need, and being just next to the skywalk across the highway, it's actually a much closer a walk to Lionshead than a lot of much pricier places on the ski-resort side of the highway. There's ample parking and tags for 2 cars, so really nice that way as well.
A few things to be aware of: the wifi password and name are wrong as emailed to you, but are correct in the welcome booklet in the room. The pool and one of the hot tubs were out of commission for part of the time I was there, which was a bummer. A passcode is required to access the pool and hot tub, but wasn't sent to me or provided in the welcome material in the room - make sure to ask for it if you don't get it, they're quite responsive.
Overall we really enjoyed the stay and for the money the place was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to access.

This was our second time at this condo and it was just as good the second time around! Amazing amenities, walk to the slopes, very nicely appointed and no neighbor noise (I-70 noise on the other hand...). Love this place, hope to stay here again in the future!
