Lovely Lubbock home. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Close to everything.

This is an interesting house with a layout that worked well for us, giving each family some privacy. We enjoyed the game room and living areas. Accessibility features: ramp to enter and no steps in the house. The bathroom off the den is perfect with bars by the toilet and a roll-in shower with a fold up bench. The only other bathroom that had a door wide enough for a wheelchair was bedroom #1. The living areas and kitchen were all wheelchair accessible.
Heres the info that would’ve been helpful to know, maybe Vacasa can add it to the website page: bedroom one has 2 beds, en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo w handheld shower. Coffee pot in room. Bedroom number two has a king bed, adjustable with gel topper on mattress, and a bunk bed double on bottom. One side of the jack and Jill bathroom has been converted to a little kitchenette with a coffee pot and a mini fridge. The door to the toilet, and the passageway past the sink, and the doorway to the separate tub and small shower are all too small for a wheelchair . Bedroom three has one double bed and one single bunk bed and another bunk over a desk. Bedroom four has two bunkbeds, one with a double on the bottom. Bedroom three and four share a bathroom with separate sinks, small walk-in shower with a big lip and a separate tub.
our family has mostly adults now so the bunk beds weren’t helpful for us and I doubt we would stay there if more than 4 couples or family groups attended, but it was perfect for the group we had and would love to stay again.
The hosts were lovely. The thermostat was locked at a comfortable temperature but we like to sleep cool so they graciously unlocked thermostat for us.
Kitchen had plenty of dishes & pans etc. good variety of K-cups.
Nice area and open grounds, backyard and courtyard and sunroom.
