Hi we enjoyed our stay at this house. Very private you are not able to see any neighbors. Pool and hot tub were nice and you could fully control the temperature. House was clean with plenty of towels and some items were provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner, and some basic kitchen items (sponge, dish soap, trash bags, spices, pam, coffee filters). In a great location within minutes of grocery, Dollar General, CVS, and restaurants (recommend Nino's!). Beds were very comfortable. They allowed us early check in and late check out (informed via text message). The area still had some damage from the last storm but this house was fine. A few things I would note: 1. There are no railings to get in and out of the pool and hot tub so please keep this in mind if you are not steady. 2. The master bathroom does not have a door so it is open to the bedroom (little privacy). 3. There is no cable TV, only the smart TV where you can access apps. 4. Be careful of spiders outside, be sure to check before sitting and using items left outside (this is in Florida in general). We saw a black widow (according to google lens) which had a web in the corner by the hot tub. It would be nice if the owner could purchase a broom which could be used outside to brush items off. Our only disappointment was the pool heater was not working on our last day there and by the time we went to get in and reported it, it was too late in the day to repair it so we could use the pool/hot tub on our last night because it was cold. They were very responsive to another item we reported (dryer). There is a dedicated maintenance person in the area. Overall we had a great stay at this house and would rent it again in the future!
