property was in a great location close to amenities. it was a first time for a lot of the guests that were with me and they had a blast.

This is my second time renting this home for our family ski trip. Would highly recommend for trips with multiple families. Excellent location just minutes way from Brian Head resort. This home has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. TV connected to our switch so we were able to play games. Fireplaces added the cozy warmth (bring your own firewood). Kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen needs. Just bring your ingredients. Large dining room table was able to seat our group of 8 comfortably. Our Trip host Jessica was great and Vacasa Customer Service was equally responsive and excellent. 4x4 required for the snowy months to get in and out of the driveway. My only suggestion is that the furniture and refrigerator be replaced though.

We recently stayed at Timber Brook A110 and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location is perfect for skiing and snowboarding, just a short drive to the slopes, making it an ideal base for our winter trip. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The living area was spacious and cozy, a great place to unwind after a day on the mountain. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were quite comfortable. The convenience was a major plus—being able to easily access the resort and return to a warm, welcoming condo made our trip so much better. We arrived at 2 AM and had some questions while checking in to the unit, the local host answered our call immediately and was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the condo. We really appreciated their quick and friendly assistance, especially at that late hour. Throughout our stay, the host and owner were attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Overall, Timber Brook A110 far exceeded our expectations, and we are very grateful for the wonderful experience. We’d definitely stay here again for future ski trips and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
