Make Washington your next getaway

In the mid-19th century, the followers of Brigham Young traveled to Southern Utah to establish the Cotton Mission - an effort to build a self-sufficient community of pioneers through the cultivation of cotton. The birthplace of this initiative was Washington City, the first cotton-growing town established in what would become known as Utah's Dixie.

Today, Washington City is a thriving suburb of St. George and a convenient home base for visiting the countless natural wonders of Southern Utah. So pack your bags and get outside - you'll feel right at home in our Washington vacation rentals.

This place was awesome for our group! The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen supplies were stocked and it was nice to lounge and chat on the couches. The pool was fun for the kids and it was nice to have pool toys to float around on. We will come back again!

We have stayed at this particular condo before. It sits up on a ridge with a wonderful view of the Golf course. You get great sunrises and sunsets in the spring and see the stars at night with the wide open golf course below the Condo. The condo sits on the edge of a small mesa with an expansive view of the Coral Canyon golf course. Sitting on the back porch up upstairs on the covered deck provide you lots of privacy and solitude during the afternoons to relax. This location is wonderfully appointed, with a great TV room upstairs for the kids and lots of areas to spread out for larger families. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable and the entire condo is in very good condition. You are close enough to Washington and St. George, but just out of the fray of the city with easy access to the highway out to Hurricane and Zion. Nothing but good things to say about this residence. We will be back.
