Make Washington your next getaway

In the mid-19th century, the followers of Brigham Young traveled to Southern Utah to establish the Cotton Mission - an effort to build a self-sufficient community of pioneers through the cultivation of cotton. The birthplace of this initiative was Washington City, the first cotton-growing town established in what would become known as Utah's Dixie.

Today, Washington City is a thriving suburb of St. George and a convenient home base for visiting the countless natural wonders of Southern Utah. So pack your bags and get outside - you'll feel right at home in our Washington vacation rentals.

Loved the space and private bathrooms! And the community amenities: pickleball and pool!

It was a very spacious place for our group. The living room furniture was enough for all, it had a big kitchen table, and other nice amenities.

Make a morning tee time at the Green Spring Golf Course, where you can build your skills on the challenging terrain and enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding desert.
