Unit was spacious, very well equipped kitchen and linens as well. Loved the garden view it was so peaceful. The property was great with a huge pool it felt so private and beach had friendly security felt very safe and relaxing. Will be back for sure.

Tal vez algunos puntos a mejorar serían: Más limpieza con las sábanas de las camas y toallas ambas manchadas, no se pudo usar el cuarto de lavado considerando que a partir de 5 huespedes un baño extra siempre es bienvenido. Nunca pudimos saber cual era el espacio de estacionamiento, los números y letras en el piso están bastante desgastadas. Y por último, algo desagradable fué que es la primera vez en 5 ocaciónes que nos hospedamos en Mareazul que no nos permitieran tener visitas ni en el departamento ni en areas comunes como en los restaurantes o alberca. Las demas ocaciónes hemos rentado atraves de Airbnb. Calificaría la experiencia en general con un 7/10

We had an amazing stay at this property! The amenities were excellent, especially if you plan to spend most of your time on-site rather than heading into town. The pool and private beach were outstanding. After walking both north and south along the shore, we realized this property has one of the better, wider beaches with no rocks—perfect for relaxing. It was very peaceful and serene. The beachside breakfast bar served delicious food, and the dinner restaurant near the pool was equally impressive. If you’re planning a trip into town, the front desk can easily call a taxi, which costs about $350 pesos to get to 5th Avenue. If you prefer walking, it’s roughly two miles, which we did on our first day. The staff was incredibly accommodating and even recommended a few great local spots for us to explore. While the apartment initially smelled a bit musty due to the humidity, running the dehumidifier solved the issue quickly. The small soaking pool attached to the apartment was also a nice touch and great for unwinding. Overall, this property was a secure, quiet, relaxing, and a fantastic choice for our vacation. Highly recommend!
